Issue: December 2003
Author: N/A

(PRWEB) The Radco Companies is proud to announce that model homes at The Grandview are now open for viewing by prospective buyers. The Grandview is an 18-story, 62-unit luxury condominium tower located at 165 Tremont Street overlooking the Boston Common.

Unique to the The Grandview, the exquisite new model homes were executed by three different designers. Buyers can choose the look and feel of the home that best suits their needs and meets their expectations for the ideal home.

The designers include Klaus Fuchs of Klaus Fuchs, Inc, located in Medford, MA, who has designed such prestigious projects as the Boston Park Plaza Hotel, The Eliot Hotel, and the Boston Four Seasons as well as the Ritz Carlton Naples and Laguna Niguel.

Scott Laslie and Mark Williams of Laslie Williams, one of Atlanta's most respected architectural and interior design firms also completed a model home for The Grandview. Laslie Williams' unique approach highlights the style of each individual client.

The final designer is Celeste Cooper of Repertoire, located in Boston, MA. Repertoire’s design portfolio includes the XV Beacon Hotel, The Federalist Restaurant, Mistral Restaurant, Teatro Restaurant, and Residences at the Intercontinental Hotel at 500 Atlantic Avenue.

The Grandview offers homes of one to four bedrooms together with stunning two story duplex penthouses. All homes feature large living rooms, European style kitchens and spacious spa-like baths, all oversized, many with separate showers and jetted tubs. Many homes include a covered parking spot in the building. To view a model home, and for sales information call (617) 426-4433.

In addition to its boutique hotel and luxury condominium developments located in America's best cities, Radco has developed what is now The Four Seasons Hotel in midtown Atlanta. This vertically integrated 53-story rose granite building contains the most prestigious hotel in the southeast, class A office space, and the city's finest condominium residences.
