A real estate licensee since 1989, Debbie Stofiel is a native Portlander who knows the neighborhoods. Ms. Stofiel specializes in marketing investment properties and comes to Bluestone & Hockley Realty, Inc. with 13 years of experience in residential sales. Formerly with John L. Scott Real Estate, Ms. Stofiel works closely with investors on the sale and listing of multiplex units and apartment buildings.

Steve Frerichs attended Blue Mountain Community College in Pendleton, Oregon where he majored in music, and was previously employed as an associate pastor in both Hood River and Hermiston. Mr. Frerichs obtained his real estate license in 2002 and worked for Gorge Realty in Hood River as well as John L. Scott Real Estate in Gresham. Mr. Frerichs will be specializing in the listing and sale of hotel and motel properties for Bluestone & Hockley Realty, Inc.
