(PRWEB) Los Angeles, CA – The Southland Regional Association of REALTORS® (SRAR) of Van Nuys is expanding its Internet Data Exchange (IDX) solution to its 7,000 members. SRAR has been providing active MLS listings and allowing website visitors to search through all local area properties from agents’ websites.

Now association members can offer subscriptions to clients who want to be notified daily by e-mail that new properties are available matching their specific property requirements. This service is available by implementing CubicAlert, a new component of a total application suite from WebCubic, Inc.
